The Hotel smelled clean, first of all. The room rate was very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. They had Dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The water pressure in the shower was superb. The breakfast was complete with scrambled eggs ( not boiled and chilled) sausage, gravy and biscuits and waffles.

Wonderful accommodation, I have been in several hotels of the same chain but this one exceeded all expectations. The room conditions are excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is simply luxurious due to its variety and abundance, in addition to being free and included in the cost. The cleanliness and organization is wonderful. In short, this will be my favorite hotel in the city of Nashville. Without a doubt 5 stars.

The manager and staff were so patient and understanding. I had a solo car accident and was stuck here while my car was a whole nightmare. I had been here for just a weekend at a more costly fancy hotel. That was extended much longer! My room was very spacious and nice. clean bed and towels, fridge was great and cold good variety of TV channels. HBA was aloe and travel size many accomodations easily to walk to. drug store, fast food, Panera, Shoneys and a liquor store. Breakfast is a good variety, including waffle makers and they start serving early. room fees are great in the area

It was a last minute booking for us and the location was close to the airport which was a convenience for us. They had some sort of convention happening so there was a lot of transport vehicles and trucks there making parking a bit difficult, but there was a lot of parking spaces. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The shower was awesome. They had a good breakfast there and they opened up the extra space used for the bar area at night to eat in since they were so bust. We will use this place again when we visit Nashville. Good price and Quality location.

I was very pleased to stay at this facility the 2nd Thursday in August. Every interaction with staff namely Tomasina was a great experience. My room 145 was nicely cleaned no carpet 4 star experience. Breakfast was nicely prepared in a clean organized area as well as a nice visitors seating area to mingle. This stay was far better than the 4 star hotel I said at in ATL where I had to request to have the drain in my tub snaked 2'xs during my stay where I paid $45 per night over what I paid here. Great Job to all the staff and their efforts.

It is a bit difficult to be impartial about this review as they charged me twice for the room and I am still awaiting my refund. Hopefully it will be there next week (according to Anna on reception) This is an airport hotel and has a lot of footfall. It shows. Breakfast was good and varied but I hate paper plates and plastic cutlery. Shuttle from airport was excellent and reception staff friendly.

Room and bathroom were very very clean. Nice! Front desk staff were awesome, especially the morning I left. It was fun to see how they and the maintenance staff were going out of their way to open the pool for a very excited kid. Loved that the window opened so I could hear birds, and that the thermostat worked so I could fully control and even turn off the A/C fan. Thank you for that!

Check-in wasn't working until a lady came out that spoke perfect English, but that was a minor inconvenience. The room was great. We loved it. The refrigerator in room #102 makes a little noise, but not very loud. The breakfast was too good. We pigged out. It far surpassed our expectations. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The traffic and road construction around the airport and the motel was horrible, but that's not their fault and will eventually be completed. We will go back and stay here again and we are looking forward to it. We were definitely impressed.
